| You
may pay the total sum upfront to make
it easier or you can pay a minimum 50%
deposit for us to get started. If you are placing a rush order we normally require 100% up front. For regular orders the remainder
must be paid upon completion of the
music. We do not create music on a trial basis. It is normal for most people
to require full payment ahead of time
in this business since it is service related. We would rather budget
our time with serious, paying customers
than to waste time with people who don't follow through when
our work is completed.
This is to your benefit as well as ours. |
FORMS OF PAYMENT |
| We process
credit cards directly with our merchant
account. If prefer using paypal we still
accept this. Additionally we can accept
money via checks and money orders. The
sooner we receive your payment the sooner
we can start. If you are mailing a check
or purchase order please go ahead and
fax the order form ahead of the payment
so we can have a heads up on everything. Otherwise there may be some delay in starting. |

PURCHASE ORDERS |
| In the past we have not preferred accepting purchase orders, but have done so. While many organizations find this the only way to pay for something it can be difficult to collect on our end and it takes a lot more follow up time and risk. Starting August 13th, 2007 we will charge a $35 PROCESSING FEE on orders using purchase orders only (where no check has been issued). If we are first required to ship the product and send an invoice we will also require that the responsibly party provide a credit card to secure payment in the event the payment is not received. The best advice is to have a check issued or be re-embursed. A receipt can be issued if you are paying by credit card yourself. We do reserve the right to not accept purchase orders at any time. |

MORE REGARDING TURN AROUND TIME |
| Turn around time can depend on the following factors: |
* How fast you correspond with us
* Faxing your order form rather than mailing it
* The organization
of your materials
* Receipt of payment
* Complexity and requirements of
your routine
* Themed music WILL take longer to create
* Obscure music WILL take longer to edit
* How many routines are in your order
* The length of the routine
* How many orders we have ahead of yours
*
Any revisions we have pending
* Holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Vacation)
* Peak season (May - November)
* And so on... |
| We are working on ways to speed up turn around time overall. In order to set realistic expectations you should plan to wait at least 4 weeks so there are no surprises. The months of June through October are are usually the busiest. During this time period I receive a lot of orders at once. |
ORDER PRIORITY |
| Orders are prioritized in three
queues (rush, regular, & revision).
Please be aware that our peak time
is towards the end of summer/early
fall. Let us know your time schedule
and we will be happy to try and work
with you. We are available most every
day and on weekends. Spots are filling
up fast for the upcoming season so
placing your order as soon as possible
is to your benefit! No reason to wait
till the last minute this year. |
RUSH
JOB AVAILABILITY |
| Rush jobs
(10 BUSINESS DAYS) are available
at an extra cost. We do not force you to pay extra as some other services do, but we give you the option if you need it quicker. These put you ahead
of most regular orders to be completed
faster. We will still provide the
same quality music no matter which
turn around you choose. |
8-COUNT SHEETS |
| We have decided to charge extra for 8-count sheets as of August 13th, 2007 due to the added time that this requires. The current rates will be listed on the pricing page. Any pending orders prior to this date will not incur the extra charges. |
| 8-Count sheets are guidelines for a routine that has been choreographed. These allow a person to indicate exact counts, sound placement, and where they wish to have specific songs. |
SOUND EFFECTS / SFX |
| SFX can be included at no extra charge. However, if you want specific placement of SFX (Sound Effects) in the music you will need to provide us with an 8-count sheet and there will be an extra charge. Otherwise we simply add them in ourselves. If you do not want sound effects added please tell us at the time of order. Most teams prefer us to add them in and choreograph to what we give them. |
SONG REQUESTS |
| We will allow you to make song requests with your order. Please include accurate title and artist information when ordering. Usually any song can be used in a cheer or dance mix. However, if you know a song is slow to begin then it's obviously not going to have as much energy as say the latest hip-hop song, even with a lot of remixing. Beats, builds, sfx, repeats, can always help polish a song, but it should never be a substitute for good song choices. I personally prefer using a wide variety of music for originality, but if you know you will be picky take care in what music you select. |
BRAIN-STORMING |
| Coming up with song ideas for cheer music can sometimes be challenging. Certain people know exactly what they want, while others seem to struggle coming up with anything. Sometimes a coach has no idea what might be popular with a certain age group. Or you might be looking for something different this year. It's always best to ask your team and at least take that into consideration first. You could also just pick certain styles/genres and let us choose what we think will work best. We like at least some direction to go in. |
| The best way of coming up with song ideas is to find a music subscription service that allows you to listen to a wide variety of artists for a set monthly fee. Rhapsody and Napster are great because they let you listen to the entire song and in some cases download or burn it. There are some new free sites like AOL Music or YouTube which can be helpful also. iTunes is also popular, but you cannot listen to the entire track without buying it. |
| You can also look at the latest music charts to see what's popular. Please be aware of innuendos in the music you request. If you have not looked at lyrics or are unfarmiliar with the songs please make the effort to do so if it will be a concern. We make every effort to make sure that everything is as clean as possible for all age levels. |
THEME REQUESTS |

| What qualifies as a themed mix? Basically this would involve using a specific or related topics, keywords, themes, tv show, broadway show, artist, or single CD. However, if you wanted a mix based on a specific genre of music say 80's or hip-hop mix this would not qualify as a theme. |
ELECTRONIC DELIVERY |
| Once your dance or cheer mix has been completed you will receive a login/password via email to access the electronic version on this website. This is the default way of distribution. This allows you access to an 192-256kps mp3 version of the routine. This will allow you to burn it to CD. Having you download it on our website rather than emailing it allows us to confirm delivery as well as make it more secure. |
Due to increased spam enforcement and false positives it may be a good idea to add us to your spam filter either in outlook or at your ISP. We do not experience many problems in this area, but it's always a good idea to avoid missing important emails.

REVISIONS |
| You have the option of requesting at least one revision on your mix within 30 days of completion. Revisions will
be worked in the schedule as best
as possible since these can be hard
to predict. You should plan AT LEAST 1 WEEK for a revision to be made. You will also need to be concise and decisive regarding any changes. |
| We do reserve the right
to charge for additional revisions if more are needed. If you are specific when
ordering this can help avoid the need
for revisions. Please make sure when
requesting revisions you are as specific
as possible. |
| We will not make revisions on routines after 30 days. |
